Observations of the radial velocities (RVs) of ten planetary nebulae within 10 deg in galactic coordinates around the galactic anticenter were taken with the 60-inch Ritchey-Chretien telescope of the Figl Observatory, using image tube spectrography equipped with a Carnegie System. The 1200 lines/mm grating, together with a semi-solid Schmidt camera gave a reciprocal dispersion of 26 A/mm covering the spectral region from approximately 4300 to 5100 A. Both weighted and simple means of radial velocities from different spectra are presented, and, in general, the RVs come from the measurement of 3 lines (N1, N2, H beta) only. The RV measurements reduced to the local standard of rest in a diagram of the permitted zones for circular orbits are plotted; some objects are found to deviate significantly from circular orbits.
