Full range linearity is analysed for Thomson TH7896A 1024×1024 CCD of 1.56 meter telescope at Zose section, Shanghai Observatory. In order to search for nonlinear bad pixels more effectively, a "Deviation Factor" method is introduced. Based on this determination, each bad pixel has been analysed for nonlinear characteristics, including "fat-zero" and another feature which has not been considered before. A list of coordinates and parameters of bad pixels has been established and is available for users.
