One of the method to accurately determine the magnetic fields strength of highly magnetized neutron stars is to observe cyclotron resonant features emerging in X-ray spectra. In 1990s, the peculiar object which exhibited the changes of the observed magnetic field was discovered by the Ginga observation. Assuming that the observed changes of the magnetic fields strength is appearance, we investigated the data at various luminosity states. As a result of the analyses, we revealed that the relation between the observed magnetic fields strength and the X-ray luminosity.
