It is shown that the final spin rate of asteroid rotations imparted by mutual impacts is related to the fraction of retained target mass and impact angle, but not absolute target diameter or impact speed over the ranges investigated. Grading, 75-deg impacts yield spin rates about double those at 45 deg for the same degree of mass loss; near-vertical impacts generate spin frequencies a factor of about 2 smaller.
