We present X-ray images and spectra of Kepler's supernova remnant using a new observation with ACIS on Chandra. The spectra in representative regions of the remnant are used to place constraints on the temperatures, ionization ages, and element abundances. Based on maps of the X-ray emitting ejecta of different elements, the Fe ejecta are typically at smaller radii than Si, whereas Si ejecta in diffuse, low surface brightness gas at large radii are identified by their strong line emission. While the X-ray emission is dominated by the ejecta, the position of the forward shock is outlined by filamentary emission in an energy selected map of the X-ray continuum at energies between 4-6 keV.
