Swift Ultraviolet/Optical Telescope (UVOT) and X-Ray Telescope (XRT) observations of the type Ic SN 2006lc (IAUC 8766, CBET 693) began at 2006-10-25 13:19 (UT). The following UVOT magnitudes/upper limits (3-sigma) were measured for SN 2006lc in summed images: V = 17.2 (362 s exposure), B = 18.3 (428 s), U = 18.3 (520 s ), UVW1 [181-321nm] > 18.9 (1041 s), UVM2 [166-268 nm] > 19.7 (1040 s), and UVW2 [112-264 nm] > 19.1 (1447 s).
