The cosmic reionization is undoubtedly one of the major historical turning points of the early universe, though there are disputes over when and how the reionization has taken place, and what objects are reponsible for it. We report here on out recent study to put an observational constraint on the reionizaton picture through the Subaru systematic survey of very distant galaxies at z = 6.5.
