The LDEX+ instrument extends the capabilities of the currently developed
Lunar Dust Experiment (LDEX) of the upcoming Lunar Atmosphere and Dust
Environment Explorer (LADEE) mission to measure the chemical composition
of the impacting particles in addition to their mass.
