Results of the B, V, R CCD photometry of the brightest stars in the two nearby dwarf galaxies NGC 1569 and UGCA 92 are presented. Using blue and red supergiants, their photometric distance moduli were estimated to be 26.33^m^ and 26.72^m^, respectively. The galaxies form an isolated pair on the front border of the IC 342 group and suffer strong foreground Galactic extinction.
