We have detected a potential intermediate mass black hole in a nucleated
dwarf spheroidal non-active galaxy, based on the ROSAT observations.
Confirmation of this excitingly rare object will have important
astrophysical implications. Here we propose only 10 ks XMM-Newton
observations of this object.
