We present optical spectroscopic observations of the Dwarf Nova CZ Ori during maximum and decline phase of an outburst. Radial velocity measurements reveal an orbital period of (0.2147 +/- 0.0002) days. A valuation of the primary and secondary star masses, together with orbital inclination are given utilizing Roche geometry and accretion disk theory.
