Consideration is given to the creation of matter in the expansive nondecelerative universe (ENU). Creative-expansive evolution of ENU within the time-interval (t0, tmax) proceeds as a consequence of the permanent constant maximum possible creation of matter. It is argued that the creation of matter in the ENU occurs as a result of the fundamental relationship between, and mutualy compatibility of, the field and matter.
