The third outburst of AS PSc (S 10828), considered to be a nova in the halo of M 33, has been detected. It is maintained that AS Psc should be classified as a U Gem variable; hence, the question of the existence of a halo around M 33 remains open. On the cycle-amplitude diagram, AS Psc is situated in the gap between U Gem variables and recurrent novae. The difference between these types of variables is evidently not as great as previously thought.
