X Rays: Interstellar Bubbles, X Rays: Loops

The authors have discovered a soft X-ray shadow covering large parts of
the Loop I superbubble in the ROSAT All Sky Survey. The corresponding H
I feature is associated with an annular volume of dense neutral gas
formed in the collision of the Local Hot Bubble with Loop I supershell.
