The "heating" of open clusters by GMC-encounters with impact parameters p > 60 pc only weakly changes the cluster common energy, but leads to noticeable regular field variations with time. The disruption of open clusters is a result of close encounters (p ≈ 40 - 60 pc) with GMC. The existence of old open clusters in our Galaxy may be provided by small space GMC-concentrations along their orbits.
