The authors present optical white-light photometry of the LMXB EXO 0748-676 (Porb = 3.82 h). Their data consist of short (15 s) CCD integrations covering a continuous 3.92 h interval and an eclipse in a later cycle. Structural detail in the eclipses and 2 optical bursts is resolved. From the measured burst frequency and light curve shape, the authors find indirect evidence to support Thomas et al.'s (1993) observation that the X-ray/optical relationship has changed since the initial outburst. They derive 2 optical eclipse centre times. However, the associated uncertainties are such that they cannot discriminate between the proposed X-ray ephemerides for this system.
