The problem of deconvolution of a degraded radio image by the antenna radiation pattern can be put in terms of an image restoration pattern. A computational model of regressive statistics is adopted. The problem is studied in poor quality by minimal estimates adapted from the scattering coefficient function of the Gaussian function that approximates the radiation pattern. The solution to the problem of poor quality is proposed in terms of regularization method use. Results are presented for simulated images and real images obtained from the Itapetinga Radio Astronomy Observatory, INPE.
