New observations yielding precise position measurements of masers in NGC 3576, NGC 3603 and RCW 79 have been made with the Australia Telescope Compact Array. Two water masers and one OH maser are new discoveries, and the remaining 15 measurements refine positions of previously known masers of OH, methanol and water. The total of 18 maser detections are confined to nine distinct locations, all containing water. Three locations host all three species; two have water with methanol and one has water with OH. The specific combination of masers at any one site is believed to provide clues to the evolutionary stage of the very young massive star responsible for exciting the masers; the various combinations of masers are considered in this context.
