The first photoelectric observations of the photometrically neglected eclipsing binary V909 Cygni in blue and yellow colours are presented. It was found that the orbital period of the system should be twice that of given in the catalogues. The light curves were analysed by means of Wood's model simulation program WINK. The system was found to be a detached binary.
