Spectroscopic data based on observations collected at Mount Stromlo Observatory, Australia, and ESO, Chile, on a newly identified planetary nebula in Aquila, LSA 1, are presented. The nebula is very faint. In addition to the basic data and the finding chart for the nebula, line measurements, obtained for H-beta, H-alpha, and He II and for forbidden O III and N II emission lines, are shown. The ratio O III forbidden emission line/H-beta greater than 20 and the presence of He II indicates a high excitation class (higher than about 5).
