Fluctuations of the plasma radio emission of type IV bursts and of the microwave emission of flaring loops due to MHD oscillations of the source are considered. Modulation of the Langmuir wave level is studied in the case of spontaneous and induced emission by epithermal particles in coronal arches. A relationship is found between the amplitude of the magnetic field oscillations and the depth of radio emission modulation arising upon the conversion of Langmuir waves into electromagnetic waves. Relationships are found which make it possible to estimate the energy of protons accelerated during the solar flare on the basis of the modulation depth of the coronal-arch radio emission.
