A deep Hα photograph of the galaxy MCG-05-32-063 has revealed three giant H II regions, each the size of 30 Doradus, and possibly a 2 kpc diameter supergiant shell along its bar. Intermediate and low dispersion spectra have shown that the two central H II regions are on either side of an extended blue continuum nucleus. Spiral features delineated by smaller H II regions project from each of the giant ones in the bar. High dispersion echelle and the intermediate dispersion observations have shown the galaxy to have a constant rotational velocity somewhere between 48 - 59 km s-1 to within 863 pc of the nucleus whose mass is estimated as between 2.7 - 4.1×108M_sun;. The mean galactocentric radial velocity of MCG-05-32-063 of 3730 km s-1 suggests that is the twelfth member of the IC 4296 group.
