Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Observations
Scientific paper
The selected 2002 normalized magnitudes for Uranus are: B(1,0)=-6.63±0.02, V(1.0)=-7.13±0.01, R(1,0)=-6.75±0.04 and I(1,0)=-5.55±0.04 while the corresponding values for Neptune are: B(1,0)=-6.57±0.02 and V(1.0)=-7.00±0.01. Uranus has become dimmer in blue, red and near infrared light since 1993. Evidence is presented that suggests the south limb of Uranus was brighter than the north limb in visible light during late 2002.
