It is believed that the zodiacal clouds have the irregular structures, such as the dust bands and the cometary trails. We present the results of observation of the zodiacal light obtained by a Wide-field Imager of Zodiacal light with Array Detector (WIZARD), which has a wide FOV of 92 deg. X 46 deg., a high spatial resolution of 1.35 arcmin/pixel and an excellent QE at 500 nm of 90%. Low uncertainty of the zero point, <0.4 electrons, has a potential to yield a significant signal of the faint diffuse component of the zodiacal light at the effective wavelength of 480 nm. Furthermore, we show the plans for the observations of the zodiacal emission by the Japanese infrared astronomical satellite (ASTRO-F), which has a 67 cm cooled telescope and will be launched in early 2004. ASTRO-F will make a whole sky survey in the infrared wavelengths (50--200 micron), as well as deep imaging of selected targets in the near to middle infrared wavelengths (1.8--26 micron). The following subjects related to the zodiacal cloud are proposed, i.e. the global structure of the zodiacal cloud, the small-scale structures in the zodiacal thermal emission, and the photometric and spectrometric survey of cometary dust trails.
