Photoelectric observations of UV Lyn have yielded complete light curves in the UBV system on four closely spaced, superior quality nights. These new light curves are used to improve the ephemeris and to provide new solutions by the computer technique of Wilson and Devinney. it is found that UV Lyn is an over-contact binary. Spectroscopic observations will be needed to choose between the two candidate solutions, but arguments are presented to show that the solution with a mass ratio 0.52 is preferred.
