Narrow-band photometry on the four-color system and radial velocities have been obtained for seven F-type stars near the north galactic pole. The radial velocities were obtained with a spectrometer and are of much higher precision than any heretofore available for these stars. These data indicate that five of the seven stars are physically associated and form a small cluster. The other two stars may also be members. The cluster distance is about 117 pc and its turnoff point is near (B - V) = 0.5 which suggests an age similar to that of the old open cluster M67. It is probable that the group is real, and since no fainter members can be found, it forms the residual core of a much larger cluster whose fainter members are no longer associated. It is probably in its final stage of dissolution.
