In this letter a system of particles with spin 1/2 in the presence of a Heavisidian field is studied. The internal energy, the entropy, the specific heat and the total Heavisidian dipole moment of the system are found. Furthermore, the effect of a strong Heavisidian field of a rapidly rotating black hole on the neutrinos in the vicinity is theorized.
