The paper presents two new B and V light curves and four minima of 44i Boo. The Pogson method is used to derive the time of one primary and three secondary minima, and the actual period value is discussed. Light-curve disturbances are observed, and it is shown that 44i Boo was in an active phase in 1979 and was quiet in 1981. It is concluded that light-curve activities are more or less continuous phenomena and are not connected to physical processes producing period changes.
