We will observe unidentified GeV sources in the Galactic plane recently
discovered by Fremi/LAT. Most of the galactic GeV sources are likely to
be associated with pulsars and SNRs. High-resolution X-ray observations
provide an efficient way to identify the nature of GeV sources and
obtain a much more complete census of galactic neutron stars.
