Comets: Individual Name: Halley, Molecular Processes
Scientific paper
Some of the published general results deduced from the high-resolution
spectra of the (0, 0) Swan band of the C2 molecule from Comet Halley,
which should be results common to all comets, are shown to be in
qualitative agreement with the results based on time-dependent
rotational population distribution.
