In the fall of 2001, I participated in a unique observational astronomy course designed to provide undergraduate students with the opportunity to ex- perience scientific research through photoelectric photometric astronomy. Ob- servational data was gathered from the Phoenix-10 automated telescope at the Fairborn Observatory and analyzed and reported by student teams in the class. Our papers will be published later this year.
