We present sub-arcsecond images at 6cm and 2cm of the central regions of three nuclear starburst galaxies: NGC6946, IC342, &\ NGC2903. All three galaxies have multiple point sources at radio wavelengths. In two of these galaxies, IC342 and NGC2903, the majority of the radio sources appear to lie along a ring a few arcseconds from the galaxy center. We derive flux densities and radio spectral indices, discuss the nature of the point sources, and compare the thermal and non-thermal components of the radio continuum emission. Star-formation rates are derived and compared with previously published results.
