Quasi-periodic variations in the cosmic-ray anisotropy are investigated by autocorrelation analysis of neutron-monitor data, sunspot numbers, 2800-MHz solar radio emission intensity, solar-wind velocity, summed Kp index, and several other solar-activity parameters. The results obtained indicate that cyclic variations in the cosmic-ray anisotropy are associated mainly with Hall diffusion and corresponding changes in solar-wind velocity.
