Propagation of nonadiabatic MHD waves in the isothermal compressible conductive atmosphere under vertical uniform magnetic field is considered. Analytical solutions of this problem are reduced to the higher transcendental functions. The linear transformation of waves is considered. Possibility of waves' transformation in the solar atmosphere is discussed.
