H-alpha CCD images of 145 H-II regions in NGC 6822 have been used to determine an H-alpha luminosity function and various diameter distributions. It is found that the bright end of the luminosity function can be fit to a power law and that the curve shows a peak at a flux of about 10 to the 36th ers/sec, with a shallow decrease in number for fainter H-II regions. The H-II region size distribution is fit by an exponential law, with a size scale of 33 pc.
