An analysis is made of Intercosmos-19 data on geomagnetic field variations, fluxes of electrons in the 0.1-2.0 MeV range, and intensities of the magnetic and electric field components of LF emissions in the 0.1-16 kHz range in the upper ionosphere during geomagnetic disturbances in the March-April 1979 period. Increases in the electric component of the LF emissions were shown to be accompanied by an increase in fluxes of high-energy electrons with energy 1-MeV electrons in the inner radiation belt.
