The paper determines probability distributions of geomagnetic pulsation amplitudes, with their pulsation sources modeled by a generator and nonlinear amplifer dependent on the relative values of fluctuations and the degree of nonlinearity. The common feature of distributions formed under conditions of the nonlinear limitation of the pulsation amplitude is the presence of zeros in their characteristic functions. The difference between these distributions consists in the number and location of the zeros.
