Str6mgren and Hfl photometry of 24 stars in the field of Cen OB 1 and 23 stars in the field of Cru OB 1 is presented. The excesses, the absolute magnitudes and the temperatures of the stars are obtained. The masses and the ages are also estimated, based on the Maeder & Meynet models. The investigated stars form compact groups with true distance moduli V0 - Mv= 11.78 mag for Cen OBi and j4) Mv=12.18 magforCruOBl.
