This proposal obtains sequences of earth streak flats to construct high quality UV and narrow band flat fields for the WFPC2 narrowband and UV filter set. These flat fields are primarily used to determine the OTA illumination pattern and will be used in combination with the ``earth superflats" and cal-channel internal flat fields to generate delta corrections to ``superflats'' for the narrowband and medium band filters on WFPC2. These Earth flats will complement the initial earth flat data obtained during SMOV.
