The molecular radiation of C18O (J = 1-0) in Cepheus A was observed with a millimeter wave telescope. The observations were made from December 20 to December 26, 1993. The spectrum profiles, integrated intensity map, contour maps integrated over a 0.5 km s-1 velocity range from VLSR = -11.5 to -9.5 km s-1, and position-velocity maps have been obtained. The conclusions from the maps have been drawn.
