Photographs enlarged to a common scale are given for 131 spirals of types Sab to Sdm, together with a few Sm III's that form the link of this paper to Paper III. The illustrated galaxies occur within a ≡6° radius of the Virgo cluster center and have been assigned probable membership in the Virgo cluster (Paper II). Variations of angular size and BT magnitude among galaxies of a given Hubble type and van den Bergh luminosity class span the range of a factor of ≡5 in diameter and ≡3.5 mag in BT. The luminosity functions of individual types and classes are broad, but cut off at both the bright and faint limits, confirming earlier suggestions that no dwarf spirals exist. The present, nearly complete, distance-limited sample of cluster spirals is used to show that the Λ index of de Vaucouleurs for these Virgo cluster galaxies has an intrinsic dispersion of σ(M) ≅ 1.0 mag at a given Λ value.
