The observed rapid variability of X-ray radiation from active nuclei is
considered. On the basis of the hypothesis that sources of relativistic
electrons are ejected from an active nucleus, estimates are obtained of
the magnetic field intensity and the relativistic electron concentration
in the region of the outburst.
