When we use the extended radio emission to probe the orientation of the dusty tori in Seyfert 1's and 2's, we find that the tori avoid alignment within 30(o) of the host galaxy disks. Here we discuss possible explanations of the zone of avoidance observed in the Seyfert galaxies. Perhaps the accretion disks in the center of the dusty tori are warped, so that the radio emission does not come out at 90(o) relative to the disk. This would remove the cases of aligned disks from the parameter space, especially if the warp changes angle as it would be expected to do. Or perhaps when the tori are well aligned with the host galaxy disk, an elongated radio structure is not produced since the radio ``jet" would not interact with a large enough quantity of matter. Perhaps tori in the plane of the host galaxy disk have fewer dissipation and fueling mechanisms and are thus less likely to be created or sustained. These and other possible explanations will be discussed.
