In this paper we review the VSOP monitoring observations of the
core-dominated quasar 1928+738. Combining our VSOP observations with
other VLBI data we find that the combined dataset can be well fit using
a relativistic ballistic precessing jet model in which the precession is
caused by the orbital motion in a binary black hole system.
