With recent increases in baseline lengths and observing frequencies, millimeter and submillimeter interferometers are now able to resolve the structure of nearby protostellar disks. An analysis has been made of interferometric data at 110 GHz, 220 GHz, 345 GHz and 460 GHz for the well-known protostars HL Tau and L1551-IRS 5. The data were obtained with the Caltech Submillimeter Observatory -- James Clerk Maxwell Telescope Submillimeter Interferometer and the Owens Valley Millimeter Array. Spatially thin, power law disk models are fitted directly to the measured visibilities to constrain the distribution of circumstellar dust. The latest results will be presented.
