A novel mechanism to build up a massive black hole is proposed based on the relativistic radiation-hydrodynamic model. In the present scenario the mass of a black hole is predicted to be in proportion to the bulge mass and it is found that the BH-to-Bulge mass ratio is basically determined by the nuclear energy conversion efficiency from hydrogen to helium(=0.007). Also we find that the radiation drag works effectively in forming a BH even in a small spheroidal system but the mass of BH in globular cluster is closely related to its star formation history. In addition we reveal relationship between the morphology of galaxy and the mass of black hole.
