Gravitino is a good candidate for dark matter when it is the lightest supersymmetric particle and R-parity is conserved. Here I give the possibility of Gravitino as Dark Matter and the implications in the Constrained Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (CMSSM) with the recently improved constraints especially from cosmological considerations. After that the cosmological importance of Gravitino dark matter to solve the cosmic Lithium problems and to probe the reheating temperature after inflation is discussed.
