High-resolution slit scans (about 1 arcsec) of three compact infrared sources in molecular clouds are described. No structure and an upper limit to the diameter of 0.5 arcsec have been found for the Kleinmann-Wright source in M17. Unresolved double structure with separations on an arcsecond scale has been found for S140/IRS 1 and W33A.
