Using the procedure of large-scale average of magnetic field diffusion equation it is shown that non homogeneous distribution of turbulent helicity fluctuations (more correct, the fluctuations of alpha coefficient) give rise to the large-scale enhancement of the mean magnetic field. The effect occurs even the mean helicity is equal to zero. It needs the differential rotation of the medium without the action of the Coriolis forces. The estimations show that alpha-coefficient due to helicity fluctuations has the same order of magnitude as usual alpha coefficient connected with the action of the Coriolis force. But this new mechanism exists in the regions of convective zone where the non homogeneity of the fluctuation distribution is most sharp. It seems that such regions may be identified with the top and the bottom of convective zone. The possible role of this new dynamo mechanism in the Sun is considered.
