A study of the abundances of metals in giant stars in the intermediate-age galactic cluster NGC 7789 is reported. Metal abundances are determined from high-resolution spectroscopic observations of six giants. The overall composition of this cluster is [Fe/H] = -0.1±0.2, and the mix of elements also resembles the solar composition. No significant star-to-star differences among six giants are detected.
